CHECK-IN POLICY

All guests must show identification upon arrival.


Check in time is 3:00PM - 8:00PM  Special a arrangements may be made in advance for late arrivals, however, absolutely no arrivals after 9:00PM!     If you have a late flight, this is not the right inn for you.

(We kindly request that you let Stephanie know your arrival time the day before you arrive, so she can be there to greet you.)

Check out time is 10:00AM

CANCELATION POLICY

We have a 10 day cancelation policy.  A full refund, less 10%, will be made up to 10 days before arrival.  After 10 days, no refunds will be made.

DAMAGE POLICY

Guests agree to be responsible for the cost of the repair or damage of any B&B property damaged by them.  The management will make a final inspection of the guest's room after check out.  If it is determined by the management that guests have damaged B&B property beyond repair (i.e., robes, sheets, towels, furniture, rugs, etc.) the B&B reserves the right to charge the credit card on file to cover the cost of property replacements. A receipt and description of items damaged will be sent to the guest email on file.

HOUSE RULES

*We have a non-smoking house and ask that our guests refrain from smoking inside the house or while on the property.

* No pets please.

* Visitors of guests are permitted only with prior arrangements. No visitors after 10:00PM.
